Energy Recovery for HVAC Systems Liquid Type Central Air Conditioner with Heat Recovery


1.Introduction


Heat pump type liquid desiccant air conditioning is an air dehumidification equipment with solution (lithium bromide, lithium chloride, calcium chloride, etc.) as the working fluid, The unit is driven by a heat pump and adopts advanced solution dehumidification technology,through the solution to absorb or release moisture to the air, to achieve the adjustment the humidity of air.It is not an ordinary fresh air ventilator,it is a fresh air treatment equipment integrating cold and heat source, dehumidification section, regeneration section, filter section, air supply section and exhaust section,It is flexible in application, simple in operation, and energy-saving, and is suitable for occasions where dehumidification and cooling are required in harsh environments such as air pollution, toxicity, and odor.


2.Product or system advantage


1) Save energy and protect the environment

a. The working temperature of the dehumidification section is 18-25 °C, which avoids the energy waste caused by the need for reheating when the dehumidification temperature is too low, and improves the cooling capacity of the heat pump;

b. Dehumidification ,cooling and solution regeneration are driven by heat pumps, and more than 90% of the condensation heat is recycled, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency of the system and does not discharge waste heat to the surrounding area.

c. Using countercurrent solution recovery to increase the circulation speed of the heat recovery solution, the total heat recovery efficiency reaches over 63%.

2) Strong dehumidification ability and wide application range

a. The air can be treated with various functions such as cooling  dehumidification, heating dehumidification, cooling humidification, and heating  humidification, which is suitable for the requirements of fresh air treatment throughout the year;

b. It can be treated with low humidity to meet the needs of fresh air dehumidification with high temperature and high humidity environments in tropical and subtropical summer.

3) Improve indoor air quality

a. High-concentration salt solution can kill most bacteria, viruses and other molds, and the killing rate can reach more than 99%, providing a favorable defense weapon against airborne diseases such as influenza and coronavirus;

b. Independent and precise control of temperature and humidity to provide comfortable, healthy and good indoor air.

4) Stable performance

a. The salt solution does not decompose and volatilize, has stable moisture absorption and regeneration efficiency, is less affected by changes in fresh air and return air parameters, does not decay in dehumidification performance, and has a long service life.


3.Product features:


1. The counter-flow air supply design has high gas-liquid heat exchange efficiency, and the volume is more compact compared with the cross-flow air supply design, and the equipment occupies a smaller area of the computer room;

2. The super absorbent core is made of polymer fiber material through a series of processes such as compression molding, high temperature carbonization, bonding, curing, etc. It has the advantages of anti-aging, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, and long service life;

Combined with the design of counter-flow air supply, it can effectively solve the common liquid-carrying problem in cross-flow air supply;

3. Advanced solution concentration control technology, the unit has stronger and more accurate dehumidification capacity, and the minimum fresh air humidity can be controlled at 3g/kg.

4.The original double countercurrent heat recovery technology, the two-stage pumps operate independently of each other, increase the circulation speed of the heat recovery solution, and recover the waste heat more efficiently, reaching more than 63%.
